RAW Travel’s proprietary app is designed for our clients on our self – guided walking trips around the world. Our epic walking routes are all mapped every step of the way with maps that show you the terrain or towns you’re walking through in detail. You can hike with peace of mind by knowing exactly where you’re at, with no wandering off the route!

The app is not just a navigation tool though as it contains many useful features for our clients and the information it shows is unique to your booking.

Features of the app:

o Shows your current position on the clearly marked trail and where your accommodation is with their contact details

o Can be accessed offline with zero data usage, your trail map and trip details are downloaded prior to your trip

o Your day-by-day itinerary appears, with a brief daily overview on the map and a more detailed summary.

o Local points of interest are pointed out with an audio description that plays as you approach them

o Images of the property you are staying at, inclusions of your trip, luggage transfer details so you stay fully informed each day

o Important information is relevant to the route you are walking and also emergency contact details.

o Localised weather reports for each overnight stop help you plan the next day

o Option to view maps in Satellite/ Terrain / Standard or Hybrid display with compass orientation shown.
